doer.org.au are proud to announce that our Founder and CEO, Andy Rawle was nominated for two awards at the 2023 Pilbara 4 Purpose Community Service Excellence Awards.
Andy was nominated and a finalist for the Inspirational Community Hero award, and nominated for the People's Choice award.
On Saturday 9th September, at the Esplanade Hotel in Port Hedland, Andy attended the awards ceremony with generous volunteers Nicole, Jane and Mario and three of our teen participants, Connor, Brenton and Lucas.
Andy would like to say;
It's absolutely wonderful, and deeply unexpected to be nominated for these awards and I would like to thank the participants that kindly nominated me and doer for an award. It was great to see a venue full of volunteers, organisations and people dedicated to improving the lives of the Pilbara community.
