How doer operates
Doer Group Pty Ltd (ABN 26 660 003 645) was established in June 2022. Doer is a registered charity and Public Benevolent Institution regulated by ASIC and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
Doer is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient, and funds raised can only be used to further its charitable purposes for the benefit of the communities it serves.
Governance framework
doer's governance framework supports responsible decision-making, clear accountability and the careful stewardship of community resources. It includes standards for conduct, conflicts of interest, risk management, delegations, whistleblower protection and fraud and corruption prevention.
